The Old Way

  3. From this pool of skilled candidates, we telephone and screen for qualifications.Then we review the resume and personally interview to thoroughly “vet” the candidate.
     
  4. Candidates are interviewed by a Sales Development Expert to verify the test results, qualify for interest, skills and compensation level. They are briefed thoroughly on the requirements of the job and the compensation level.
     
  5. We send you one candidate with a recommendation to hire who knows the company, knows the job, has the required skills and belief systems, is willing to work for the compensation offered and is ready to make a decision. All you have to do is determine whether he or she fits into the organization, verify the technical capabilities of the candidate and make an offer.
