Identify The Right Person

Our Sales Development Expert will meet with you to define the position in terms of the criteria you seek in your new employee and the compensation they will receive. If it doesn’t already exist, we will help you design the compensation package to attract the right individual.

Step 2
Search

We will search for candidates who meet your requirements using advertising, networking the internet or other means. Since we are in a constant search mode, sometimes we may have your candidate "on the bench" ready to start.

Step 3
Screen

We will screen the candidate using the DAVE KURLAN SALES FORCE PROFILE™. The profile will be adjusted to screen for the candidate who matches your specific criteria and who has the skill set to succeed at the level you require. We only send you candidates who the test determines will have an immediate bottom line impact. You will see the test results before you interview the candidate.

Step 4
Our Interview

We personally interview each candidate face to face to insure that they are the right candidate for the position. We ensure that the test results are accurate, that the experience is relevant, that they are willing to accept the money you are offering, that they are ready to make a decision should you make them an offer. We select the most hirable candidate and send them to you for an interview.

Your Interview

We coordinate between the candidate and your staff to insure timely interviews. If you like the candidate you make the offer and welcome your new top producer aboard.
